Brew Bar started with a simple conviction: Staten Island deserves a place where the coffee is poured with intention, the bread rises slowly, and the shelves are stocked with things you'd actually want to bring home.
We opened our doors on Giffords Lane to serve our neighbors — not a demographic, not a market segment, but the people who walk their dogs past our window, pick up groceries on the way home, and stop in for a morning espresso before the rush.
Everything we bake is made in-house, every morning. Our coffee is sourced from roasters who treat their beans like a craft. And our grocery selection is curated the way you'd curate your own kitchen — with care, and a healthy suspicion of anything pre-packaged and forgettable.
